History and origin of Blue Dreams
Blue Dreams is an own brand of Euro Parfums, a perfume wholesaler from Zoetermeer. On its own website, Euro Parfums calls itself a wholesaler, importer, exporter and ‘creator’ of perfumes, with more than thirty years of experience in the industry. The company presents Blue Dreams and Close 2 as its own brands. According to the company, the fragrances are composed with care, in decorative bottles, and comply with European cosmetics rules.
When exactly Blue Dreams started is not known. The barcodes of most Blue Dreams products start with 87, the country code of the Netherlands.
Blue Dreams and BN Parfums: the same brand?
At Arabmusk you will find both the Blue Dreams collection and the BN Parfums collection. At the moment both collections contain the same Blue Dreams fragrances. However, there is also a separate brand BN Parfums (or BN), mainly known for small 22 ml bottles and for eau de parfums for the Indian market. Euro Parfums lists BN Parfums as a different brand from Blue Dreams, and BN also appears on the website of the Indian manufacturer Freedom Fragrances. So these are two different brands that are sometimes confused, for example because one Blue Dreams fragrance is called ‘BN Blue’.
At Arabmusk, Blue Dreams is also part of the group collection Freedom Fragrance, together with brands such as Al Fakhr and Nusuk. Note: according to the available information, Blue Dreams does not belong to the same company as those brands; they are, however, available through the same Dutch wholesaler. A sister brand in the same style is Close 2.
Where is Blue Dreams popular, and who is it for?
Blue Dreams is mainly sold in the Netherlands and Belgium, in shops, at markets and online. Through Euro Parfums' exports, the brand can also be found elsewhere in Europe. Blue Dreams is a brand for:
- Anyone looking for a nice, affordable perfume for every day.
- Lovers of sweet fragrances, such as the Kara series and Vanila.
- Gift buyers: Blue Dreams has several good-value gift sets for women and men.
