Ordering and delivery

We aim to deliver your order the next day. – Orders placed on Monday to Friday before 2:00 PM will be delivered the next day. – Orders placed on Friday after 2:00 PM to Sunday will be delivered on Tuesday. Please note: During the very busy periods (Ramadan/Eid) your order may be delayed by 1-2 working days. We hope for your understanding. If you want to receive a specific order urgently, you can indicate this as a comment when placing the order.
You will receive an order confirmation from our order system after completing your order. As soon as the package has been packed and shipped, you will receive a track and trace link by email via PostNL.
If you want an order delivered outside the Netherlands or Belgium, but within Europe, please contact our customer service via the contact form.

Orders over €50 = Free

Orders under €50 = €3.50

After paying for a new purchase, you should receive a confirmation in your email inbox within 10 minutes. Did not get? First check your trash/spam folder to make sure that the e-mail has not accidentally ended up there and also check whether your e-mail address is correct (account page). If this is not the case, please contact our customer service.

We offer high discounts for Mosques, Schools, Charities. For a tailor-made offer, please contact us via the contact form.
You can email this request to invoices@aswaq.nl (Invoice details incl. order number), you will then receive a VAT invoice within 3-5 working days.

Returns

You can return your order, provided that the product is unused and in its original packaging. You have the right to return your order up to 14 days after receipt without giving any reason. If we have received the return, we will refund the order amount to you within 14 days. Only the costs for returning from your home to the webshop are for your own account. In the unlikely event that you have ordered the wrong size, you may return your order, provided that the product is unused and in its original packaging. Here is the link to our return instructions . You will receive your money back after receipt. You can wait for this, but you can of course also place a new order.
That is not the intention. If a product is broken or dirty upon receipt, we would like to hear this as soon as possible. Depending on the complaint, we are happy to look for a suitable solution. Send an email with order number, description of complaint and photos to our customer service via islamboekhandel@aswaq.nl. They will contact you shortly.
