Nutmeg

Nutmeg is a soft, warm spice with a slightly woody and almost creamy undertone. Unlike pepper or cinnamon, it is not sharp, making it work well as a connecting note between fresh and warm accents. You’ll find it mainly in spicy and oriental compositions.
