Collection: Sandalwood

Sandalwood is one of the softest woody notes: creamy, slightly milky, and warm, without the sharpness of cedarwood or the smokiness of oud. Indian Mysore sandalwood is considered the standard, but due to scarcity, it is increasingly being replaced by Australian sandalwood or synthetic alternatives. In perfumes, sandalwood primarily serves as a base note: it holds the composition together and extends its longevity on the skin.
